About the Role
Are you passionate about content management, digital publishing, and driving strategic change? We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist – Audit & Knowledge Management to join our global Audit & Assurance (A&A) team. In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will support the publishing and deployment of technical materials used by thousands of auditors worldwide. These materials play a critical role in delivering high-quality Audit & Assurance engagements.
You will also contribute to the design and evolution of our next-generation information and knowledge management system. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll help shape the digital tools and content architecture that support global audit professionals across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Authoring & Management:
    Develop and update audit-related content using DITA, XML, and HTML. Publish and maintain high-quality content in our global content management systems (CMS), with a preference for Tridion Docs.
  • Strategic Content Deployment:
    Provide guidance on global content deployment and adoption strategies, including planning, training, communications, and performance monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to promote content adoption, ensure alignment with audit standards, and support change management efforts.
  • System Development & Testing:
    Act as a subject matter expert in the development of future-facing audit content platforms. Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and feedback sessions.
  • Project Leadership:
    Lead or contribute to project planning, manage timelines and scope, coordinate internal resources, and ensure seamless project delivery with comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 2–3+ years working with DITA, XML, and HTML in a digital content authoring environment
    • Hands-on experience with component content management systems (CCMS), ideally Tridion Docs
    • Experience in global or enterprise-level content publishing or technical documentation
  • Skills & Strengths:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute adoption strategies
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional virtual teams
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Education:
    • Degree in Information Management, Technical Communication, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
