ERP Transformation Project Manager (Agile / Scrum Master)
Job Description
Duration: 12 Months
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple concurrent ERP projects aligned with business goals.
- Define and communicate project priorities, scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business sponsors and partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and financials.
- Provide transparent and timely reporting on project status and escalate issues as needed.
- Lead project teams and stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, adapting to resource constraints and changing priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams in Agile/Scrum principles to foster a mature agile mindset.
- Remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver effectively.
- Coordinate cross-project and cross-functional activities to resolve challenges and promote progress.
- Identify critical project paths and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead quality assurance and stage gate reviews to mark program milestones.
- Oversee change management and transition projects to business-as-usual operations.
- Travel within North America may be required.
- University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) required.
- Change management certification (CCMP, CM2) is an asset.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-wide ERP and related technology implementations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Strong experience with multiple project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe), with emphasis on agile iterative delivery.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on change management and continuous improvement.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, supply chain, and financial systems.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance is a plus.
- French language skills are an asset.
