Job Description

INDUSTRIAL RECRUITER
 
Our Calgary office is currently looking for a Recruiter to add to our team.
Our ideal candidate is a recruiting superstar, known for your experience and ability to recruit for a variety of industrial positions, high volume, all levels. In addition, you bring valuable experience in diversity sourcing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on a variety of roles for our current accounts
  • Respond to job orders within set deadlines
  • Assess position requirements/qualifications and source appropriate candidates
  • Develop appealing candidate profiles, highlighting relevant qualifications and skills
  • Maintain relationships with candidates in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Assist with contract administration
  • Experience with Avionte Bold and MS Office Suite and Excel
 
QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you MUST be competent, smart, a responsible self-starter, with high attention to detail.
  • Post Secondary Education (HR, Business or related discipline) and/or Designation is preferred
  • A minimum of three years of industrial recruiting experience within a staffing agency
  • Ability to build strong relationships with individuals
  • Excellent communication & decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Avionte Bold) 
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines is expected
