Audit Content & Knowledge Management Specialist
Job Description
Type: Full-Time (Contract)
- Content Development & Management
- Author and maintain technical audit content using DITA, XML, and HTML.
- Ensure content is accurate, clear, and aligned with evolving audit standards.
- Support the publishing of content across global platforms used by 70,000+ practitioners.
- Global Content Deployment
- Develop and execute strategies for content adoption across global member firms.
- Lead initiatives related to training, communication, and usage tracking.
- Collaborate directly with global, regional, and local teams to ensure seamless deployment and understanding.
- Platform Development Support
- Contribute as a subject matter expert in the design of new content and knowledge management tools.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution testing, and feedback processes.
- Project Management
- Lead and support project planning sessions, define timelines, and manage deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely execution of content-related projects.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation.
- Experience
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with structured authoring using DITA, XML, and HTML.
- Experience working with content management systems; Tridion Docs preferred.
- Familiarity with audit or professional services content is an asset.
