Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to work in our Calgary office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a recruitment agency and be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients staffing needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Negotiate job offers, contract terms, and other employment related conditions.
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications
3 to 7 years full-cycle recruitment experience with strong staffing and/or customer service experience
Previous experience working with a recruitment agency is an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to build and strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization
Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
