RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

The recruitment coordinator will work with our recruitment team to attract, hire, and onboard employees for our company and clients. The recruitment coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the placement agency recruitment, hiring, and onboarding / offboarding process.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Post job requirements on job boards and social media outlets
  • Schedule interviews, reference checks, and coordinate background screening
  • Entry of information into ATS / CRM system (Avionte Bold)
  • Interface with clients, hiring managers, and work with client ERP systems
  • New hire packages and onboarding / offboarding process
  • Initiate contractor rate reviews, extensions, and adjustments
  • Assist with internal and external reporting (KPI’s)

REQUIREMENTS

***Experience and knowledge of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes within a placement agency environment.***

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with MS Office, Adobe, ATS / CRM systems
  • Experience working with Fieldglass, Beeline, and other ERP systems will be an asset
