SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Lead Developer
Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with the program architect to define the candidate architecture for a the implementation
- Lead a team to design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CI).
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows when necessary.
- Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to create and optimize integration processes.
- Lead the team in performing unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
- Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
- Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests, including conversations with stakeholders.
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations - pre-packaged integrations, custom integrations, PGP encryption, credentials & certificate maintenance, etc.
- Minimum 8 years of integration experience between SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Extensive knowledge in web services SOAP, REST, and Data exchange formats like XML, JSON.
- Demonstrated experience using Compound Employee SOAP call and OData calls to fetch, modify and update Personal / Employment data in SuccessFactors EC.
- Knowledge in data transformation tool set like JavaScript, XSLT and Groovy script.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc).
- Certifications in SAP Integration Suite considered an asset.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of and experience with BTP Sub accounts, entitlements, subscriptions, roles, role collections, IAS, IPS is a plus.
