Job Description
The Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager, Risk Management will help to support the Enterprise Risk Framework (ERF) and other related enterprise risk management activities, as directed. 
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide support in maintaining and updating the Global Risk Dashboard, including risk documentation and note taking during ad-hoc discussions with select risk owners.
  • Assisting the Manager and Senior Manager in the development of presentations and reporting updates to the MF Chief Risk Officers, Global Executive, Global Risk & Ethics Committee of the Board, and other groups, as needed.
  • Attend ad-hoc discussions and/or touchpoints with other Global areas and support with note taking and compiling actions.
  • Provide support in maintaining and updating other enterprise risk related items, as directed (e.g., enterprise risk universe).
 
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative virtual team environment.
  • Detailed oriented with strong problem-solving, communication and writing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), and experience using Generative AI is desirable.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to understand broader business risks/issues.
  • Demonstrated effective project management skills. Must be able to proactively drive and manage multiple tasks and timelines independently, and as a team.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking and ability to develop, share and adopt innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise risk management, risk governance, and/or internal controls is an asset (but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of professional services network structure, as well as external client service experience is an asset (but not mandatory).
