ServiceNow Systems & Integration Administrator
Job Description
- A ServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operation, performance
- Core Technical Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Maintain the health, performance, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform. User and Role Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Support ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Release Management .
- CMDB Management: Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy using Discovery tools.
- Customization and Configuration: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
- Integration Support: Assist with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APls and web services. Support ATF framework
- Minimum of 3 years of hand on experience solid understanding of CMDB
- Must possess great communication skills
- Flow Designer IntegrationHub Performance Analytics
- Familiar with ITSM/HRSD/SAM/HAM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM modules, must have exposure to multiple modules
- ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Understanding of core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS is a plus.
- Database Concepts: Familiarity with relational databases and data structures. ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is often a plus.
- Security and Access Control: Knowledge of roles, ACLs, and user permissions in ServiceNow. Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APls and third-party integrations
