About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Agile product team within the InK program. This role plays a key part in supporting our global Audit & Assurance (A&A) transformation strategy by enabling the delivery of digitized, high-quality content to approximately 70,000 A&A practitioners worldwide.
As a Technical BSA, you will work closely with the product owner, developers, architects, and subject matter experts to manage, enhance, and support our componentized content management ecosystem. Your focus will include requirements gathering, data analytics, quality assurance, and Agile delivery support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Backlog Management:
    Document complex business and technical requirements, manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Content & System Analysis:
    Utilize your understanding of content management systems (CMS) and structured authoring tools (e.g., DITA Open Toolkit, RWS Tridion, Adobe) to support system integration and optimization.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    Analyze data from CMS platforms, develop meaningful KPIs, and generate insights using advanced Excel skills.
  • Quality Assurance & UAT:
    Review test plans, support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate system functionality, and prioritize resolution of issues.
  • Agile Delivery Support:
    Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with refining user stories and sprint planning.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and support collaborative engagement across teams.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years as a Technical Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and structured authoring systems (e.g., RWS Tridion Docs, DITA Open Toolkit, Adobe, WordPress).
    • Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
    • Understanding of Generative AI, including chatbots and prompt engineering, is an asset.
    • Prior experience working with content management systems within a Big 4 audit environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in HTML, Excel (advanced functions), and basic Azure concepts.
    • Familiarity with APIs, pipelines/build processes, and data visualization tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Work Location
  • Hybrid – Toronto/GTA candidates only.
    While the role offers remote flexibility, candidates are expected to attend occasional in-person meetings at the Toronto office.
