Temporary Event Staff for July

Job Description

We are looking for temporary helpers with a major event in Calgary from July 20-24. We will be paying in cash!

Successful candidate will have good English skills, amazing customer service and be able to transport themselves to one of locations noted below. A lunch will either be provided or $15 lunch allowance. 

A shirt will be provided but you are expected to wear black pants and shoes.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Welcome guests at the Airport – greeters, info desk, and wayfinders 
  2. Hotel info desk
  3. Registration staff – using CVENT Event in a Box for check-in and badge printing 
  4. Wayfinders
  5. Ushers
  6. Departure support (including storing luggage) 
 
Locations
  1. Calgary Airport 
  2. Hotels (Fairmont, Marriott Downtown, Westin, Hyatt, Sheraton, and Le Germain) 
  3. BMO Centre
  4. Evening event (Simmons)
