Job Description

We are looking for temporary helpers with an event in Calgary on May 28. We will be paying in cash!

Successful candidate will have good English skills, amazing customer service and be able to transport themselves to the location noted below. A dinner will either be provided or $15 meal allowance. 

Your expected to wear all black.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Event Supervisor
  2. Registration staff – using CVENT Event in a Box for check-in and badge printing
  3. Licensed Security Staff
 
Schedule
  1. Supervisor 3:30 – 10pm. 
  2. Greeting, registration, and coat check staff either 3:30 – 7:30pm or 3:30 - 10pm.
  3. Licensed security personnel 3:30 – 10:00pm

The Grand - 608 1st SW, Calgary
