            <description><![CDATA[<div><span><strong><span>Location: Cold Lake, AB</span></strong></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Work Hours: 50 hrs/wk&nbsp;</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Work Schedule: 10 days on/4 days off</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Length of Contract: 12 months</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>MAIN FUNCTIONS</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span>Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the day-to-day field operations for the assigned crafts and subcontractors. A typical scope of responsibility would be Field Superintendent or Area Superintendent.</span></span></div><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span>In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 Construction Superintendent will:</span></span></div><ul type="disc"><li>Assist in preparation and review for submittals, RFIs and RFCs and make recommendations regarding suitability</li><li>Review contractor health and safety plans, traffic control and erosion control measures on projects</li><li>Verify quantities for payment</li><li>Identify non-conformance issues with construction work and help develop potential resolution of non-conformance issues</li><li>May serve as the lead Company representative at sub-sites where the Construction Site Manager or Construction Site Lead typically does not reside</li><li>Provide construction core competency expertise when assigned to the function</li><li>Ensure good communications and relations with the contractors</li></ul><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></span></div><ul type="disc"><li>Experience in-field Construction planning, execution, and completions</li><li>Willing to travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites</li><li>Past Construction Superintendent experience on major capital project</li><li>Familiar with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards</li><li>Enthusiastic, self-starter with desire to provide excellent service to clients</li></ul><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span><em>Spirit Omega is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.             <description><![CDATA[<div><span><strong><span>Job Title: Tool Trailer Coordinator</span></strong></span></div><div><span><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Location: Moose Jaw, SK â 20 mins. east of city</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>OR</strong><strong>&nbsp;Regina, SK â 35 mins. west of city</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Work Hours: Night Shift&nbsp;</strong><strong>â 12 hrs (7:15pm â 7:15 am)</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Transportation: Must have reliable vehicle and valid driverâs licence</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span>This position is responsible for the daily operations of on-site tool trailer. Duties include issuing tools to customers, inspecting returned tools, properly maintaining fleet levels within the operation and creating reporting mechanisms as needed.</span></span></div><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span><strong>Must successfully complete and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.</strong></span></span></div><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span>Essential Duties:</span></span></div><ul type="disc"><li>Issue tools to customers and inspect returned tools from customers at onsite tool room</li><li>Perform visual safety inspections of all tooling and maintain Chain Hoist Certification records</li><li>Maintain records of withdrawal and return of tools</li><li>Responsible for marking/entering tools in Total Control system</li><li>Assists in mobilization and setup of the trailer at the customerâs site</li><li>Maintain a clean and presentable trailer</li><li>Perform basic tool repair and troubleshooting</li><li>Acts as the primary contact for all customers on-site</li><li>Accountable for all Tool Trailer operations and provide guidance of supply to management</li><li>Manage onsite Tool Trailer inventory; order or replace tools as needed</li><li>Utilizing the TCR system, perform tasks including loading data, exporting data and generating reports as needed</li><li>Must have basic computer skills</li><li>Must have steel-toed boots to wear on site</li></ul><div><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></div><div><span><span>Fast Labour Solutions&nbsp;is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
