Spirit Omega is seeking an Store Manager in Anahim Lake, BC

Community Service Hub – Remote Location (Accommodation Provided).
Our client is a locally owned and community-rooted service hub that brings together a Gas Station, Grocery Store, and a Chester’s Fried Chicken. This hub plays an important role in everyday life for local residents, and we are looking for a hands-on Store Manager who takes pride in serving people, supporting staff, and contributing positively to the community.
This role is based in a remote community location. Comfortable accommodations are provided as part of the overall compensation, along with relocation support to help you settle in and feel at home.

As Store Manager, you will be a visible, approachable leader who helps ensure the service hub runs smoothly, safely, and with care. You will support staff, build positive relationships, and help create a welcoming space for customers and community members alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the gas station, grocery store, and food service areas
- Lead, mentor, and support the Assistant Manager and team members
- Ensure shelves are stocked, supplies are ordered, and vendors are coordinated effectively
- Manage cash handling, banking, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards
- Hire, train, and encourage staff while fostering teamwork and respect
- Coordinate schedules and respond thoughtfully to staffing needs
- Uphold company policies while delivering friendly, reliable customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail, fuel station, or hospitality management
- A leadership style grounded in respect, communication, and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
- Comfort using POS systems and basic office software
- Strong Merchandising experience
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
- A genuine interest in supporting and serving a close-knit community
