Job Description
Location: Cold Lake Operations (654)
- Provide administrative support to a department or designated individual(s).
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conferences, and maintain records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office applications.
- Maintain filing systems, handle mail distribution, and order office supplies.
- Support data management activities including tracking, compiling, and reporting information.
- Assist in planning and coordination of departmental projects and events.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- May train or mentor other administrative staff and lead small office initiatives or improvement projects.
- 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Customer-service orientation and collaborative work style.
- Ability to identify issues and take initiative in resolving them or escalating as needed.
- Onboarding Requirements: Background Check, Confidentiality Agreement, and A&D (Non-Sensitive/Low Exposure) compliance.
