Job Overview
We are seeking two experienced Digital Project Delivery Specialists to support the transformation and modernization of our capital project delivery processes and systems.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, digital tools, and standardized methodologies that enable efficient, data-driven capital project execution.

The successful candidates will play a key role in advancing organizational capabilities in 3D design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), project and asset information management, advanced work packaging, and project controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance & Frameworks – Develop, document, and implement comprehensive governance frameworks for digital capital project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Process Optimization – Design and standardize workflows, data structures, and delivery processes supporting 3D design, BIM, advanced work packaging, and project controls.
  • Digital Systems Integration – Evaluate, recommend, and support the selection, configuration, and integration of digital platforms that enhance project delivery efficiency and data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with project management, engineering, construction, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure cohesive adoption of new systems and practices.
  • Subject Matter Expertise – Provide guidance and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and closeout.
  • Training & Support – Develop and deliver training materials, reference guides, and hands-on support to enable organizational capability in digital project delivery.
  • Performance & Reporting – Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to monitor governance effectiveness, data quality, and system utilization.
  • Continuous Improvement – Stay current with emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices in digital project delivery, recommending enhancements for ongoing improvement.
  • Compliance – Ensure all activities align with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital project delivery, with a focus on digital systems implementation and process optimization.
  • Proven success in developing and deploying owner’s governance frameworks and project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in 3D design, BIM, information management, advanced work packaging, and project controls.
  • Strong understanding of digital project delivery systems, including selection, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience delivering training and facilitating change.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives within complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Professional Designations (Preferred):
  • P.Eng., PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Certifications in BIM, information management, or project controls (e.g., CCM, AACE) are considered assets.
