Job Description

Position Title: Global Audit & Assurance Content Manager
Location: Toronto (hybrid)

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Global Audit & Assurance team. In this role, you will support the creation, publishing, and deployment of technical materials that enable our auditors worldwide to deliver high-quality engagements. You will also contribute as a subject matter expert in the design and rollout of Deloitte’s next-generation information and knowledge management platforms, helping to shape the tools and processes used across our global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and author technical content in response to evolving audit standards and business needs.
  • Manage the publishing and deployment of content to global audit and research platforms.
  • Provide strategic guidance on content deployment, including adoption planning, communications, training, and monitoring usage.
  • Collaborate directly with global, regional, and local teams to drive alignment and promote adoption of new content and tools.
  • Partner with global transformation initiatives to design and structure solutions for content management and deployment.
  • Lead project planning sessions, monitor timelines, and manage scope to ensure successful execution.
  • Participate in design workshops, requirements gathering, and user testing of new tools and systems.
  • Coordinate internal resources and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with structured content (DITA, XML, HTML) and content management systems (Tridion Docs experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Experience managing projects in a collaborative, virtual team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
