Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON
Work Hours: 37.5 hrs/wk – 7.5 hrs/day

Key Responsibilities
 ServiceNow Development & Feature Release Support
  • Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions in alignment with architecture and platform standards
  • Support end to end feature delivery, including development, unit testing, deployment support, and post release stabilization
  • Implement enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes based on business and release requirements
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines
Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
  • Provide ongoing O&M support to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and availability
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within defined SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities
Stakeholder & Business Support
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Provide technical support and guidance to product owners and stakeholders
  • Participate in requirement clarification, solution validation, and user support activities
 Global Collaboration & Delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with offshore team to coordinate development, testing, and support activities
  • Support delivery across the North American time zone, ensuring effective communication and handoffs
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to support distributed team operations
Documentation, Quality & Governance
  • Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks
  • Participate in code reviews, defect triage, and release readiness activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
 Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration.
  • At least 2 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience.
  • ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.
  • Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
  • Experience with customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through use of UI pages, CMS, CSS and Service Portal widgets.
  • Working knowledge of integrations and migrations.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL.
  • Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Comfort working in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team and ability to work under high pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
