Organizational Change Management Lead
Job Description
Duration: August 4, 2025 – October 31, 2025
- Define and execute project-specific change management strategies, approaches, and deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness planning, communications, and training.
- Develop and apply Deloitte’s organizational change management methodology, toolkits, and templates across assigned programs.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, program sponsors, and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with project teams to identify, secure, and coordinate change and deployment resources while resolving conflicts and ensuring effective utilization.
- Create adoption tracking and reporting mechanisms, as well as change and deployment master schedules. Promote transparency and collaboration through enterprise platforms.
- Lead risk and issue management, developing remediation and escalation plans as needed to maintain program success.
- Conduct readiness assessments, go-live planning, and execution of deployment activities.
- Monitor program compliance with established standards, budgets, and timelines while influencing key decisions on scope, resources, and priorities.
- Deliver regular, audience-specific communications, dashboards, and reports to sponsors, CIO advisors, and leadership to highlight progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage and track program budgets, forecasts, and variances, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Drive accountability for key delivery metrics and support value realization of implemented initiatives.
- ProSci Change Management Certification required.
- 6–8 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives, ideally within technology-driven transformations.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe/Agile frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Proven experience with project/program financial management, including planning, forecasting, and business case development.
- Experience with AI and Automation initiatives is an asset.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
