  • Support project governance through risk tracking, issue management, and milestone coordination.
  • Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design, execution, and defect management.
  • Provide clarification to development and QA teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
  • Ability to work independently with business stakeholders, driving alignment and clarity without close supervision.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS, Saba, or Cura (highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of other learning experience platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, EdCast).

  • Exposure to data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in global HR or learning systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-border workshops and navigate cultural differences in international teams.
  • Certification(s) such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or SAFe Agilist are highly desirable.
