contribution pour soutenir les programmes a&eacute;ronautiques en tant que sp&eacute;cialiste des contraintes statiques, de la fatigue et de la tol&eacute;rance aux dommages.<br>&nbsp;Vous serez responsable de lâexamen, des recommandations et de lâapprobation finale des contraintes MRB (Material Review Board) pour les retouches et r&eacute;parations de d&eacute;fauts survenus durant lâassemblage final, notamment :</span></span></p><ul type="disc"><li>Recommandations et justifications pour lâacceptation de d&eacute;fauts sans r&eacute;paration.</li><li>Retrait et remplacement de pi&egrave;ces endommag&eacute;es.</li><li>Lâacceptation des retouches sera bas&eacute;e sur la capacit&eacute; de r&eacute;sistance &eacute;quivalente, les niveaux de contraintes &eacute;quivalents et les conditions environnementales.</li><li>Les solutions techniques sont &eacute;tablies pour les structures m&eacute;talliques et composites.</li></ul><p><span><span>Dans votre r&ocirc;le, vous devrez :</span></span></p><ul type="disc"><li>Travailler en &eacute;troite collaboration avec les ing&eacute;nieurs de liaison en fournissant rapidement des justifications de contraintes pour divers probl&egrave;mes de fabrication et dâassemblage.</li><li>Collaborer avec les &eacute;quipes dâing&eacute;nierie des contraintes pour r&eacute;soudre les probl&egrave;mes techniques majeurs.</li><li>Soutenir le processus de livraison en apportant une expertise technique aux &eacute;quipes de livraison et aux clients externes.</li><li>&Eacute;changer des informations et collaborer avec les autres sites dâassemblage final (FAL) pour assurer le partage des connaissances techniques.</li><li>Documenter les analyses dans les dossiers de travail sur les contraintes.</li></ul><p><span><span>Exigences de r&eacute;ussite â Profil id&eacute;al :</span></span></p><ul type="disc"><li>Vous d&eacute;tenez un baccalaur&eacute;at en g&eacute;nie a&eacute;ronautique ou m&eacute;canique ainsi quâun minimum de quatre (4) ann&eacute;es dâexp&eacute;rience pertinente.</li><li>Vous avez de lâexp&eacute;rience MRB ou MAP dans les avions commerciaux ou dâaffaires, et/ou une d&eacute;l&eacute;gation MRB ant&eacute;rieure est un atout.</li><li>Vous avez de lâexp&eacute;rience en analyse statique, fatigue, tol&eacute;rance aux dommages et analyse par &eacute;l&eacute;ments finis (la tol&eacute;rance aux dommages est un atout).</li><li>Vous ma&icirc;trisez bien les mat&eacute;riaux composites (atout).</li><li>Vous avez de lâexp&eacute;rience en conception de bureau (conception ou contraintes) de structures dâavions (fuselage).</li><li>Vous avez des connaissances en calculs de contraintes / justifications.&nbsp;Ma&icirc;trise de MS Office requise.</li><li>Vous avez des connaissances sur les mat&eacute;riaux utilis&eacute;s en a&eacute;ronautique.</li><li>Vous &ecirc;tes capable de travailler de fa&ccedil;on autonome et &ecirc;tes un bon joueur dâ&eacute;quipe.</li><li>Vous ma&icirc;trisez bien lâanglais (&eacute;crit et parl&eacute;). &Ecirc;tre parfaitement bilingue (fran&ccedil;ais et anglais) est un atout.</li></ul><p><span><span>Exigences techniques â Connaissances de base :</span></span></p><ul type="disc"><li>NASTRAN, PATRAN, HYPERMESH</li><li>CATIA V5</li><li>NASGRO</li><li>MS Office (EXCEL et programmation VBA)</li></ul><p><span><span>*********************************************************************************************************************************************</span></span></p><p><span><span>Stress Engineer (evening shift)</span></span></p><p><span><span>Evening shift with flexibility (12pm â 9pm / 1pm-10pm / 2pm to 11 pm)</span></span></p><p><span><span>Hybrid &nbsp;3 days at site</span></span></p><p><span><span>Key Job responsibilities:</span></span></p><p><span><span>As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, your skills in calculation and analysis will be called upon to support the aircraft programs in the capacity of static, fatigue, and damage tolerance stress specialist.&nbsp; Design experience.</span></span></p><p><span><span><br>You will review, make recommendations, and provide final MRB (Material Review Board) stress approvals of reworks and repairs on defects produced during final assembly line, such as:</span></span></p><ul><li><p>Recommendations and justifications on acceptance of defects without repair.</p></li><li><p>Removal and replacement of damaged parts.</p></li><li><p>Rework acceptance will be based on equivalent strength capability, equivalent account stress levels and<br>&nbsp;environmental conditions.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><span><span>The technical solutions are established for metallic and composite structures.<br>In your role, you will:</span></span></p><ul><li><p>Work in close collaboration with Liaison Engineers by providing timely stress substantiations to a variety of<br>&nbsp;manufacturing and assembly issues.</p></li><li><p>Engage with Stress engineering teams to resolve key technical issues.</p></li><li><p>Support the delivery process by providing technical expertise to delivery teams and external customers.</p></li><li><p>Exchange information and collaborate with other FAL sites to ensure sharing of technical knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Document analyses on stress work files.</p></li></ul><p><span><span><br></span></span></p><p><span><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering as well as a minimum our (4) years of relevant<br>&nbsp;experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Material Review Board (MRB) or MAP experience in commercial / business aircrafts and / or previous MRB delegation is an asset.</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience in static, fatigue, damage tolerance analysis and finite element analysis (Damage tolerance is nice to have)</p></li><li><p>Good command of composite materials (nice to have)</p></li><li><p>Experience in office design (design or stress) of aircrafts structures Airframe.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of stress calculations / justifications.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Must be proficient in MSOffice.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of aeronautical used materials.</p></li><li><p>Able to work autonomously and be a good team player.</p></li><li><p>A good command of English language (written and spoken).
